BROWN/AFP/Getty Images The television Academy paid its final adieu to Game of Thrones tonight, honoring the cast with a standing ovation — but not necessarily in awards. Game of Thrones' final season was practically shut out at the main Emmy's telecast. The show did take home the award for Best Drama Series, and Peter Dinklage won the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama for his role as Tyrion Lannister. Those two wins at tonight's telecast, combined with the 10 awards the show won at the Creative Arts Emmys last week, means Game of Thrones ties its previous record for most wins for a single season of television. | Disney+ is now available for pre-order with a 7-day free trial Posted: 22 Sep 2019 05:54 PM PDT  Those interested in Disney's upcoming streaming service, Disney+, can sign up for the pre-order now. Disney is offering customers the option to sign up for a monthly subscription pass at $6.99 a month, or an annual fee of $69.99. Those who want to purchase the bundle — which includes Disney+, the sports streaming service ESPN+, and ad-supported Hulu — should wait until launch day on November 12th, the company said in a press release. That subscription will cost $12.99 a month. All subscription packages will automatically renew, according to the company, but there will be an option to cancel at any time before each renewal date. To celebrate the anniversary of the moment, Google partnered with the Italian fashion designer to recreate the dress — and show off many of its products in the process. A recent blog post from the company states that it "reunited" with designer Donatella Versace "to celebrate nearly two decades since this iconic moment in fashion (and Google) history." A revamped version of the dress was worn by Lopez for Versace's official showcase at Milan Fashion Week.
